If the Product delivered is defective or expired at the time of delivery, Toro Beverages Inc. agrees to send you a similar product without delay and without extra charges.

If you are not satisfied with the Product or with the online delivery service, you may request a coupon to use on your next order. In order to receive your coupon, please contact us by email at contact@toromatcha.com explaining the reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel it. We may be able to cancel it before the product is shipped. The cancellation fee in this case is $75.
